Light switch*

Recently in media we had a task of finding out how to make a light switch in second life. This is quite an exciting thing so what I did was to find a video for it that explain all the tricks and magics.

Now, what the video tells you is about some really basic secondlife stuff including the method of creating a bigger floor area by shearing it and stuff like how tall you avatar can fly.
Then, the creator of the video went on talking about the real tricks on the light and switch.
step1 is to create a light using a sphere or a box or whatever.
step2 is to make a light switch using whatever shape you want.
step 3 is to make them not too far from each other( this ensures the light switch will work properly).
step4 is to find the scripts for light and the switch and drop them into the ojects we have just created.
step5 is just to link them together and then test it out. Remember, the light switch should be the root , so when avatars touch the switch the light would turn on.
